If your child is absent from school, please follow these procedures:

• Notify us by 9.30am if your child is going to be absent.

• Report your child’s absence on each day of their absence.

• Use the correct attendance email address:

  • Years 7–11: attendance@bartholomew.epatrust.org

  • Sixth Form: 12-13attendance@bartholomew.epatrust.org

This ensures that your child’s absence is recorded promptly and accurately.
