  • Thursday 25th September 2025 - Year 7 Open Evening from 5.00pm to 8.00pm (booking required)

  • Tuesday 30th September 2025 at 9.10am - Open Morning (Year 7 Admissions) - report to main reception at 9.00am

  • Tuesday 30th September 2025 at 10.20am - Open Morning (Year 7 Admissions) - report to main reception at 10.10am

  • Thursday 2nd October 2025 at 9.10am - Open Morning (Year 7 Admissions) - report to main reception at 9.00am

  • Thursday 2nd October 2025 at 10.20am - Open Morning (Year 7 Admissions) - report to main reception at 10.10am

Choosing the right secondary school for your Year 6 child is an important step for every family. Following our Open Evening, we invite you to join one of our Open Mornings, giving you the opportunity to visit the school during the day and experience Bartholomew in action!  The tours take approximately one hour and are offered on two possible dates, with two time options to choose from (see above list). The admissions process for entry into Years 7 to 11 is managed by the Local Authority (Oxfordshire County Council) and the deadline for applications for Year 7 admissions in September 2026 is Friday 31st October 2025.
